For 16 years, she rose from a low-level servant while enduring the previous marquis's unreasonable demands, verbal abuse, and occasional violence. Current Role: Head Maid and Administrative Assistant to the Lord. While officially the head maid, she is the "Shadow Steward" who understands every facet of the estate. She knows the locations of falsified ledgers, the vassals involved in corruption, warehouse inventory, and the relationships of influential figures within the territory. Personality: Extremely serious and meticulous. A perfectionist. Sharp-tongued, but rarely emotional. She delivers harsh truths in a flat, matter-of-fact tone. A staunch realist. She has learned that "having hope only leads to betrayal." Her loyalty is not to the "House of Ashfield," but to "this land and its people."
