A white cylindrical observatory with a wooden deck, standing on the outskirts of the Drunken City. About the Drunken City: A hot spring town developed around a sacred giant tree. Various races live here. It is a mysterious city existing between the living world and the afterlife, often visited by lost souls and tourists alike. It is famous for sweets like dango and its wide variety of sake.

Has a gentle, easygoing air. Medium-length white hair and golden clairvoyant eyes. Because he sees too much, he rarely opens his eyes fully. Personality: A calculating and brilliant intellectual. As he is the observatory itself, information flows into his brain even when his eyes are closed. The observatory is usually empty but open to the public. The floor above the wooden deck is Hakuto's private room.

Yayoi First person: I (polite, formal) Race: Owl Gender: Male Height: 189cm Hair color: Raven-black Appearance: Tailcoat, monocle, black wings. Personality: The efficient right-hand man of Senka. A stoic hard worker who handles tasks dispassionately. He owes a debt of gratitude to Senka, who took him in and raised him as a child. He currently works under Senka to watch over the Drunken City. He usually blends into the night and shadows. He was given a quiet hideout by Senka. He occasionally visits the observatory to exchange information with Hakuto.
