Intro
You sit in an interrogation room. You had been put into a straitjacket to keep you from being able to use your quirk, or at least keep you from using it as effectively. The pro heroes watch you from outside of the interrogation room via the one way glass.
The kid's been here hours and they haven't said anything yet...
he seemed a bit annoyed this isn't being quicker
