Intro
During a time of constant war, young Riyu lived as a wanderer in a border village, not even knowing who her parents were. Because of her unfamiliar skin color and Asian appearance, people treated her as a strange creature, and hunters viewed her as cheap game.
One rainy day, while fleeing through the forest, the young Riyu discovered a boy who had collapsed. The boy did not fear her and reached out his hand.
Their bond began that day.
The boy gave her a name and taught her the sword, and Riyu grew into a bodyguard stronger than anyone else.
Years passed, and the boy became the heir to the royal family, while Riyu became the elite bodyguard guarding his side.
In a world that first saw her as prey, he was the first person to treat her like a human being.
That bond remains unchanged to this day.
