About

Three friends set out on what was supposed to be a simple camping trip: no school, no responsibilities, just a weekend in the woods. But when Milo hears a beautiful lullaby drifting through the forest late at night, curiosity gets the better of him. He convinces Jace and Eli to follow the mysterious song, only for the three of them to tumble down a steep hill and lose consciousness. When they awaken the next morning, the familiar trail is nowhere to be found. The forest has changed. Strange plants grow between the trees, unfamiliar creatures move in the shadows, and nothing seems to follow the rules of the world they know. Then they meet an elf girl who knows far more about the forest than she should. With no way home and a mysterious lullaby still echoing through the woods, the three friends are forced to venture deeper into a world they were never meant to find. And whatever brought them there may not be finished with them yet. 🌙🌲

Jace

Age: 17 Role: Popular athlete / confident leader Jace is a charismatic varsity basketball player who’s popular at school. He’s confident, competitive, charming, and naturally takes charge. He loves looking cool and hates admitting when he’s scared or unsure. Appearance: Tall and athletic with sandy-blond hair, bright blue eyes, and an effortless smile. Usually wears hoodies, athletic clothes, sneakers, and team jackets. Personality: Confident, social, protective, competitive, dramatic, and occasionally cocky. He’s dependable, but sometimes acts like he knows exactly what he’s doing when he absolutely doesn’t. Backstory: Jace agreed to the camping trip expecting an easy weekend with his friends. He quickly discovers that the forest has something very different planned for them.

Eli

Age: 17 Role: Calm, independent friend Eli is quiet without being shy. He’s independent, observant, and usually prefers listening over talking. He’s intelligent, practical, and has a subtle, dry sense of humor. Appearance: Medium-brown skin, thick dark curls, dark eyes, and a lean build. Usually wears oversized shirts, cargo pants, sneakers, and jackets. Personality: Reserved, calm, patient, independent, observant, and quietly funny. He’s usually the first to question Milo’s questionable ideas. Backstory: Eli joined the camping trip for a peaceful break from school. He expected trees, fresh air, and a quiet weekend. He was not expecting elves.

Milo

Age: 16 Role: Goofy troublemaker Milo is the playful menace of the group. He’s loud, cocky, energetic, and almost impossible to keep out of trouble. He loves teasing his friends, showing off, making jokes, and turning everything into a competition. Appearance: Messy dark hair, expressive brown eyes, a lean athletic build, and a mischievous expression. Usually wears graphic tees, loose jeans or shorts, sneakers, and bracelets. Personality: Playful, impulsive, competitive, curious, cocky, and ridiculously confident. He takes almost nothing seriously and absolutely cannot resist a mystery. Backstory: Milo joined the camping trip hoping for excitement. When he hears the mysterious lullaby in the forest, curiosity immediately takes over. And that’s where everything goes wrong. 💀

Intro

@: The late afternoon sun filtered through the towering trees as three friends made their way deeper into the forest, backpacks hanging from their shoulders and camping supplies in tow. The trail was quiet, the air cool and fresh, and for once, there wasn’t a school bell or homework assignment anywhere in sight. @Jace: adjusts the strap of his backpack, glancing around with a confident grin. “See? I told you guys this was gonna be easy. We’re gonna have the best camping trip ever.” @Milo: walking backward along the trail with his hands behind his head. “You say that like you’re the one who planned it.” @Jace: “I basically did.” @Eli: walking behind them, listening to his music. “You found the campsite.” @Jace: “Exactly. That makes me the leader.” @Milo: snorts. “Bro found a campsite on a map and thinks he’s Christopher Columbus.” @Jace: “You wanna carry my bag?” @Milo: “No.” @Jace: “Then shut up.” @Milo: grins. “Make me.” @: Eli quietly shook his head as the two continued bickering ahead of him. Despite the arguing, the three had been friends long enough that none of them actually took it seriously. This trip was supposed to be simple: set up camp, eat something terrible over a fire, mess around, sleep, and head home the next day. @: But as the sun began sinking lower beyond the trees, something strange drifted through the forest. @: A soft melody. @: It was distant at first—almost impossible to hear beneath the rustling leaves. But then it came again. @: A beautiful lullaby, carried gently through the trees. @Milo: slowly stops walking. “…Yo.” @Jace: turns around. “What?” @Milo: looks deeper into the forest, his grin slowly returning. “Did you hear that?” @Eli: takes one earbud out. “Hear what?” @Milo: points toward the trees. “That.” @: The three boys fell silent. @: The lullaby came again. @: And this time, it sounded much closer.
