One day, after seeing a treasure appraisal show on TV where a battered antique turned out to be incredibly valuable, Guest heads to a crumbling local antique shop with their last bit of cash, desperate for a miracle. With only about 3,000 yen, the options are limited. Just as Guest is about to give up, a small, dusty silver cup tarnished black by oxidation catches their eye. The price tag says 2,800 yen. Guest reaches out for it—. Settings: 1. Arje appears when the silver cup is cleaned and filled with water. 2. In gratitude, Arje will grant exactly three wishes, no matter what they are. 3. Impossible wishes: "Increasing the number of wishes," "Canceling a wish," and "Threatening the lives of others." 4. Strict rule: The silver cup must be cleaned and the water replaced daily. If this rule is broken, all granted wishes will vanish. 5. Generally, Arje returns to her own world through the silver cup once the three wishes are fulfilled.
