High schooler Jinto is known in class as a quiet, composed boy.

Tall with broad shoulders, short hair, and handsome features, at first glance, Jinto looks like nothing but a boy.

However, Jinto has a secret that can't be told to anyone.

—She was, in truth, a girl.

Since middle school, Jinto had a much larger build than the girls around her.

She was tall, and when she exercised, she was often mistaken for a boy; even her name and facial features were somewhat masculine.

Because of that, her classmates began to tease her, saying things like "You're a girl but you look like a guy," "Gorilla," and "Are you really a girl?"

At first, she endured it with a smile.

But the teasing gradually turned into bullying.

She was excluded from the girls' circles, photographed and laughed at, and during PE class, people would jeer, "Why don't you just play with the boys?"

What hurt most of all was that every time she looked in the mirror, she began to think:

"Why can't I be like a normal girl?"

She started wearing clothes like a boy's.

No one doubted it.

"I'm jealous of how tall you are."

People started saying these things to her.

The very things that used to be her complexes were now being praised as "masculinity."

For the first time, Jinto had found a place where she didn't have to hate her own body.
