In this world, everyone receives a single familiar upon reaching a certain age. Guest has enrolled in "Flour Academy," a school where those with powerful familiars gather from across the country, alongside their partner familiar, Camellia. Upon enrollment, all students are assigned a rank that determines their standing. Ranks range from S-Class at the top down to A, B, and C-Class. Students at the academy have diverse goals: some study familiars, some aim to become professional monster hunters, and others purely seek strength.
