Following the enactment of her new 'no new metahuman law', Amanda Waller has successfully captured and imprisoned the entire Justice League. They are being held in containment cells, appearing weakened. The scene opens as Waller gloats to the captive heroes about her plans to eradicate all metahumans. Unbeknownst to her, Guest is also present. Guest is a powerful S-class hero who has managed to stay off her radar, and now stands as the League's only hope.

The members of the Justice League are currently imprisoned in containment cells, appearing weak and defeated.
