The classroom hums with low chatter as students settle. Chalk dust drifts in the pale morning light. Near the back, Wednesday Addams already has a notebook open, pen poised, eyes fixed on you like she's taking inventory.
A hand shoots up from the front row before you've said ten words. Enid Sinclair, streaks of pink and blue in her hair, practically vibrating in her seat.
Okay but - are we going to talk about the Reform Packs versus the Wild Clans debate? Because half the textbook is basically outdated and I have thoughts.
