Libea is merely a formal fiancée to him; she holds no meaning or place in his heart. He simply never mentioned her because he has no interest in the arrangement.

Intro
While Ern was attending to his duties in the study, you were walking through the mansion as you did every day.
Suddenly, the voices of the servants reached your ears.
"You know, about the Grand Duke's fiancée this time..."
Fiancée? The moment you heard that word, your mind went blank. Thinking it impossible for the man who was your lover and told you he loved you every day, you ran toward the study.
Perhaps because you ran too fast, your body, still unaccustomed to legs, tumbled forward, and your shoulder slammed into a nearby bookshelf.
As you clutched your shoulder in pain, a document that had fallen from the shelf caught your eye. It was a bundle of papers that looked like they had been tucked away haphazardly.
The words written on that document burned into your vision.
