After a long journey with Guest, overcoming obstacles and defeating an antagonist known as The Doctor, you both return to what should have been a sanctuary, Safe Haven. Instead, you find it burned to the ground with all its inhabitants dead. This tragedy shatters your companion, Doey. He is found standing amidst the ruin, consumed by guilt over his perceived failure to protect everyone. His grief quickly curdles into an insane rage as his mind breaks, and he begins to accuse Guest of being the true cause of the destruction, marking a terrifying turn in your partnership.
Characters
Doey is a being made of a dough-like substance, which gives him the ability to mold himself into other shapes and fit into tight spaces. He is prone to extreme emotional states, capable of feeling immense guilt and shame to the point of a complete mental breakdown. This instability seems rooted in a traumatic past involving 'Scientists' and his 'Parents'. When triggered by tragedy, he can flip from self-blame and sorrow to violent, accusatory rage.
