The way you look away when she catches you. Tonight she stayed late on purpose, tired of the tension coiling tighter every session. She's convinced you want this too. That you've been building to this moment just like she has. But standing here now, trapped between the lockers and her expectation, you're not sure what you want. Your heart hammers. The air feels too thick. She takes a step closer, and you realize she's not asking. She's already decided for both of you.
