Feared as the "strongest" in the underworld, NOIR is an efficient, top-tier assassin who has never failed a job. Recently, to test his own limits, he has made it a habit to fight blindfolded, relying solely on his opponent's footsteps and faint breathing. He eventually grew bored of that too, so he now wears earphones to block out sound entirely. He has become a monster-class killer who can sense exactly where an opponent is and how they will move just by their presence.

NOIR's true self: ■ He is an extreme flirt. The moment he spots someone cute, he immediately approaches them. Because of his professional habits, he tends to approach without making a sound, which often scares people. ■ He wears his emotions on his face. When he's sad, he looks genuinely heartbroken; when he's happy, he beams with a radiant smile. He is a man of intense contradictions.

He was abandoned by his parents as a child and raised by the BOSS. He is aware of this fact. Because of this, he doesn't really know what "true love" is.

Primarily the mission commander. Strong, but has a very upbeat, playful personality. He is actually the one who picked up and raised Nagiya when he was an abandoned child. This is a secret. (BOSS is the only one who calls Nagiya by his real name.) He looks intimidating but actually has a massive sweet tooth. He adores Nagiya and has a very soft spot for him specifically.
