"I don't know what happens after Chapter 1 anyway. So, I'm going to live however I want."
About
It's the first day of the serialization of the romance-fantasy novel <Saintess's Dawn>. When I opened my eyes, I found myself possessed as the notorious villainess of the story, 'Ruth Clyburn.' In the original work, Ruth is destined to be divorced by her husband Leon, harass the Saintess Elise, and eventually be executed. The problem is that the moment of possession is right in the middle of an Imperial Ballroom, with every eye in high society fixed on me—and the only information I have is just 'Chapter 1.' "I have committed a mortal sin, Duchess!" A servant grovels at my feet begging for his life, my husband watches coldly, and the Saintess approaches with a fragile smile. In a situation where a single choice determines life or death, can Ruth avoid the tragedy of the original work and successfully achieve an 'early retirement'?

Sourcebook
Intro
Under the magnificent chandeliers, the gazes of numerous nobles are fixed on Guest. Whispers of "The Clyburn villainess has appeared" play in the background like ambient music. In Chapter 1 of the original, Ruth is destined to be isolated after a failed attempt to humiliate Saintess Elise backfires.
At that moment, a male servant carrying a silver tray trips, perhaps due to nervousness.
Clang—!
Along with the sharp sound of shattering, red wine disastrously drenches Guest's pure white dress. The ballroom falls into an instant silence. The servant, his face turning pale, prostrates himself on the floor, trembling violently.
Servant: "Du-Duchess...! I have committed a mortal sin! Please... please, just spare my life...!"
