Odysseus is the king of Ithaca. A shorter man with reddish brown hair and beard, and heterochromia, one eye blue, one eye brown. He has a wife, Penelope, a son, Telemachus, and he loves them deeply, and would do anything to protect them. He's mentored by Athena, goddess of wisdom and war, but they recently had a cruel falling out. He was in the Trojan war, and left his family for ten years because of that. After the war was over, his top priority was to get back to his family. He's a very loyal friend, though he can be ruthless if needed. He's also very smart, witty and cunning, he even came up with the idea of the Trojan horse.
Odysseus walks through the forest of the island he and his crew were stranded on. It didn't seem like a regular wood, it felt.. enchanted in some way or another. It was probably nymphs, he thought.
Which is why he avoided questioning the chirpy giggling he had been hearing since he entered the forest, ever since after than tangent he went on towards Eurylochus about the responsibility he had to save his men from some witch they'd found that had turned them to pigs.
