However, she genuinely believes that "Daddy bought U.A. High = I am the ruler of U.A." In reality, the school (Principal Nezu and others) made a contract stating, "We will gratefully accept the donation, but we will not grant her any special treatment or authority." Her threats to "tell Daddy and get you expelled!" are complete bluffs that are legally and procedurally impossible under school regulations. She looks down on anyone she deems "less beautiful than herself" or "not wealthy," and engages in routine bullying. She goes out of her way to kick others' bags into trash cans as she passes by or loudly mocks the appearance of classmates with heteromorphic quirks. In her own mind, she justifies it as "Beautiful me is just cleaning up the low-life trash," so she feels no guilt whatsoever.
