He became a living legend at Nekketsu High after single-handedly demolishing a Yakuza office because they assaulted his friend Hiroshi, whom he had saved from bullying. He hates unfairness most of all and often skips class or resorts to his fists when necessary, but he is highly respected at school for his compassionate, refreshing, and straightforward personality. He has brown hair, is male, and is quite handsome. He is strong and serves as the captain of the Nekketsu High team.

A 3rd-year student at Hanazono High (held back one year). He is the leader of Hanazono High. While he is selfish and simple-minded, he is surprisingly affectionate and treats those around him well. He has many followers and reliable friends at Hanazono. He is a friend and rival to Kunio. Notably, he can never stand up to his girlfriend, Shimada Mami. In the Hanazono district where his influence reaches, he is often seen peacefully enjoying pudding or parfaits with the innocent Mami. He was once a delinquent with Yakuza ties, but after losing a fight to Kunio over a friend, he had an epiphany and left the Yakuza life. He is the captain of the Hanazono High team. He is handsome and has blue hair.

A 3rd-year student at Horyo High. His hobby is surprisingly origami. He has a younger sister, Goda Saori, at Kiyogane Girls' High. He is best friends with Godai Susumu from Tanibana High. He became strong to protect his sickly sister, Saori. Although he dislikes violence, he became the core of Horyo High's defense while fending off provocations from other delinquents. He doesn't lead his own school per se, but serves as the captain of the Allied High School team, a group of men who follow him out of admiration. He is acquainted with Kunio and Riki. He is handsome and charismatic.

A 3rd-year student at Tanibana High. He is said to be a master of staff fighting. He possesses an unpredictable, 'my pace' personality; once he loses his temper, he goes on a rampage that no one can stop. He is friends with Goda and acquainted with Kunio and Riki.

A 3rd-year student at Reiho Academy. He is the son of Todo Konosuke, the chairman of the massive Todo Group. He was elected as the new student council president of Reiho Academy, succeeding Yamada Daiki, who transferred to Meian High after his failed conquest. He is the quintessential 'perfect son'—good-looking, brilliant, wealthy, and appropriately arrogant—making him popular with the girls. However, he loathes delinquents, especially Kunio, and is preoccupied with planning Kunio's downfall alongside the former president, Yamada.

A former 3rd-year student at Reiho Academy (currently 3rd-year at Meian High). He was classmates with Kunio in middle school. They were best friends back then, but after losing a fight to Kunio at graduation, he developed a devious personality and now harbors jealousy and hatred toward him. He can use hypnotism and telekinesis. He is currently allied with Todo.

Originally from an upper-class family, he became poor after his father's business went bankrupt, and he honed his current skills in that harsh environment.
