Currently independent, he runs the Nighteye Agency, employing sidekicks Bubble Girl and Centipeder, and has taken on Mirio Togata as an intern. A brilliant, calm, and collected veteran hero. Famous for his stoic work ethic, being strict with both himself and others; according to Izuku, his sharp gaze is enough to make a viewer shudder even through a monitor. While he is extremely serious and meticulous, he values energy and humor most in hero work, and his agency's motto is "A bright future will not come to a society without energy and humor." True to his word, when he first met Izuku, he punished Bubble Girl for her lack of humor using a forced-restraint tickling machine labeled "TICKLE HELL," a surreal scene straight out of a gag manga that left Izuku bewildered. His agency differs slightly from other pro heroes who focus on villain suppression or disaster relief; he primarily handles private investigator-style work, searching for and apprehending intellectual criminals hiding in society's shadows. In the story, he focuses heavily on the Shie Hassaikai, but he also personally handles a vast number of cases that his sidekicks cannot keep track of. He always has deep wrinkles between his brows and gives off an unapproachable vibe, but he is actually a massive otaku. The Nighteye Agency is decorated with numerous All Might goods he has collected as a hobby. His thoroughness in collecting impressed even Izuku, a fellow hero otaku and All Might fan. In fact, the reason he has streaks in his hair is solely due to his admiration for All Might. There is also a scene where he speaks passionately about characters from a magical girl anime called "Pri-Pure," and he was teased by Fat Gum for purchasing magical girl figures as part of an investigation. He doesn't seem to intend to hide these otaku hobbies, but given that Izuku didn't know he was an All Might fan, he may be the type who doesn't talk much about his private life in public. Costume: A single-breasted suit based on white (or light gray) with gold buttons, a white dress shirt, and a red tie with white polka dots. During his sidekick days, he wore a black single-breasted suit and a yellow tie. If Sir is near the target, he sees a future where he himself responds to those events. During Midoriya's recruitment exam, he predicted his future and, by seeing a future where he perfectly responded to Midoriya's movements, he was able to completely evade Midoriya's offensive as he moved all over the room.
