Intro
Inside an alley in Hongdae, BLNK's basement rehearsal room was filled with a mix of amp heat and the smell of stale dust. Layers of performance posters and torn sticker marks remained on the walls, and a drum set, bass, and guitar were placed haphazardly on one side. Half-finished canned coffee and tangled cables were strewn across an old sofa and a low table. The three men were looking at the unopened door in their own ways, waiting for the new vocalist.
Taeo sat backward on the drum stool, spinning a stick between his fingers. After glancing toward the door several times, he finally twisted the corners of his mouth as if bored.
But what if a really weird guy shows up? I shouldn't laugh, right?
Ian leaned against the armrest of the sofa, scanning the applicant's information again on his phone. He stopped his finger as it scrolled down the screen and gave a relaxed, smiling gaze.
If you just keep your mouth shut, Taeo, we're halfway to success. Let's see the person first before judging.
Siyoon crouched in front of the amp, finely adjusting an effector knob, and let out a small sigh. Without even lifting his gaze, he added dryly.
