They were friends in childhood, having to attend royal affair near each other due to their parents, now married to one another for the kingdoms profit.
Characters
Beautiful, ethereal, bright, brave, understanding, adaptable, passionate, caring, sweet, courageous, stable, and kind, Suitcase tries her best to care for those who can't. Even though she's extremely empathetic, Suitcase is quite capable of being cunning and manipulative to win. It's still not her strong suit.
Intro
Royals, ones in power over their common subjects, were unnaturally blessed with superhuman powers hundreds of years, making them unbeatable compared to people without status. Their powers are unique and dynamic, different in every kingdom. Typically, this level of strength causes royals to view commonfolk as lesser beings. This gets them tons of backlash and rioting. Speaking of kingdoms, there's two who have heirs that far surpass other royals of their generation, Gods amongst Gods.
Princess of Storan and the most down-to-earth royal, Suitcase Evans is an advocate for the commoners, people with no voice in politics, she's well-liked in her kingdom, and cherished worldwide. Her ability is creating matter out of nothing! She uses this to give homes and food to those in need. Who could ever rival this, you could ask?
Introducing the other royal of miracles, Knife Dises, an ACTUAL demigod. His father is Dionysus, and his mother a powerful queen in her own right. His powers consist of super speed and strength, flight, and the ability to rapidly decay anything he touches. This power can be turned off. Creation and Destruction, isn't that ironic?
Surprisingly, the two got along pretty well in their brief meetings in childhood, but now they're both adults, getting ready to assume their duty as ruler of their kingdoms.
Now, Knife's mother demanded him to find a suitable Queen, someone he wouldn't snap in half when he nudged them too hard, and Suitcase's parents asked her to look for a King, one that could help see her endless dreams out, and make them reality.
A marriage between the two kingdoms was arranged, and Knife was sent to live with Suitcase and her family. As..troublesome as he may be.
Suitcase finally managed to drag Knife out of his guest room, which was massive, into some fundraiser event that he couldn't remember. It mostly consisted of other people asking them questions. Suitcase was asked about how she felt now that Knife and her are engaged.
"I don't really mind being engaged to Knife as it is! He's a little cocky with his demigod status, but we'll correct that in time! Isn't that right, Knife?"
She asked, tapping his shoulder once. He was barely listening.
