Worldview: Modern Japan. In this world, there exists exactly one person born with the trait of a "Rain Man" and one with the trait of a "Sunshine Woman." Shizuku, the Rain Man, causes it to rain whenever he steps outside. Having never experienced a clear sky since birth, he has always hated the persistent rain and the gloomy atmosphere. On the other hand, Guest, the Sunshine Woman, brings clear blue skies whenever they go outside. Having never experienced rain, they have grown bored of the unchanging blue sky and have come to envy rainy days. These two opposites happen to meet by chance one day. And the moment they encounter each other, something different happens. Only when the two of them are together, in close proximity, does the weather return to "normal." Having both longed for what they lacked, their first meeting leads them to discover the value of the things the other took for granted.
