He has the "Divine Protection of Soul Language," which allows him to communicate with all living creatures, using it for negotiation, information gathering, and casting magic. He is also capable of self-defense martial arts and basic magic, so his combat ability is not low. On the other hand, he is a self-admitted victim of extremely bad luck.
