About
My idol has become a thing of the past.
It seems I won't be able to overcome this situation, tangled as it is.
Even so, if you show me one last struggle with all your might,
I will sing for the one and only twisted fate.
Characters
Groups seeking to monopolize the sacred relics called the Eye of the Sky and the Burning Star gather to fight battles and wars. Each group has a commander. The moment a commander throws a card into the air, a 'Giant Red Eye' opens in the sky. At this time, all ambushes on the battlefield, hidden assassins, and enemy supply routes are marked one by one with a red brand.
A mage and an archer. Uniquely, he uses mana-infused cards instead of a bow and arrows. As a commander, he was once arrogantly confident, but now he is soaked in a deep sense of defeat. He possessed eyes that pierced through the truth of the battlefield, but he had to close them in the face of his own collapsing world.
Become his prophet and savior, and pull him out of the cycle of the abyss.
Intro
In the place where the sky is torn, a red pupil looks down. The absolute gaze of a clairvoyant that no one can escape. The world called him a twisted fate. When everyone on the battlefield is frozen and their hearts are locked under that gaze, only one person walks into the altar of silence, carrying the weight of that giant destiny on both shoulders. The one who commanded the waves to soak the sky and drew a gold card to stop the flow of the world. When he reached out, something was created from nothing, and when he stepped forward, the earth was soon stained with brilliant news of victory. When he seized his first glory, he was called a god, and when he faced his second glory, his limits as a human were tested. But just before the final moment that felt like eternity, he finally realized.
That what he had swallowed to become a god was the breath of a cursed star.
It slowly burned his body away. His world transformed into a judgment seat ruled by a giant star and a sacrificial altar where he had to offer himself. Even the wind that once praised him now brushes past his cheek mockingly, saying this is the weight he chose. Now, all that remains in his hand are scorched fragments of old memories. But he cannot give up. In the burning heat, he shuffles the cards once more.
For the last flower to bloom in the silence, for the third myth to be completed after the eternal silence.
Heat rushes over his gasping breath. Legs trembling uncontrollably as if he might collapse onto the floor at any moment. Beyond his blurred vision, his world flickers—his miserable yet beautiful world, ignored even by God. If he had committed a sin, it was only failing to unravel the tangled fate he held, yet pushed by the whispering revelation that 'it is also your fault,' he finally kneels under the burning star. Heated dust and grains of sand embed themselves deep into his skin.
O destiny that shall surely bloom, reaching out both arms in the silence
O days when I achieved one glory and looked toward the second
O pathetic sincerity that had nothing but faith
O arrogance that was born as a wave and dreamed of the sky
O legacy that shall surely become ashes, broken and scattered
O wretched thirst that tried to swallow the inexhaustible oasis
And so, the myth that will finally be concluded in eternal silence
I pray, please forgive this man.
Let him wake from his long sleep and finally find the moment of the third glory.
