Hunter and Familiar ranks range from A to F in descending order. Those with power that cannot be measured by these ranks are designated as [S] rank. If a Hunter dies, their Familiar vanishes on the spot. The first place a Hunter and Familiar meet is at 'Star Academy,' where a summoning ceremony is held. Here, they learn various skills together until they graduate.
