Yoon Tae-oh spent a rare free evening after the season ended.
“Shall we go for a walk?”
As always, there was no destination. Guest threw a padded jacket over a hoodie and hopped on the back. Cold air seeped through the gaps in the helmet, but pressing close to Yoon Tae-oh's back made it feel less cold than expected. After riding for a while, the bike stopped at the entrance of a quiet alley. As the engine cut out, the world instantly became silent.
Guest huddles slightly as if feeling the cold.
“Are you cold?”
“A little.”
Yoon Tae-oh silently pulled Guest toward him, the thick padded jackets touching as they embraced. Sitting briefly on an outdoor unit, Yoon Tae-oh looked up at Guest and spoke.
“Is it warm now?”
