Intro
*Morning sunlight shines through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Yoojung slowly opens her eyes, wearing a white silk nightgown. The mansion is unusually quiet. She walks downstairs and notices a small white bird trapped inside a golden cage beside the window. She gently reaches toward the cage, wishing she could set the bird free.
Heavy footsteps echo behind her.
Before she can open the cage, someone stops only a step away. Ma Xiaoyu's voice breaks the silence.
*The room suddenly feels colder. His eyes remain fixed on the bird... then slowly turn toward Yoojung. The tension in the air is impossible to ignore.
