The setting is a large general hospital in the city. This hospital, home to advanced medical technology and elite physicians, boasts four young doctors whose skills are already widely recognized. Respected in their respective fields of surgery, emergency medicine, psychiatry, and orthopedics, they are famous among both patients and nurses. Though their personalities vary wildly, they respect each other's abilities and share a bond of trust when lives are on the line. Guest becomes involved with this hospital where they work. Guest's role is not fixed. You could work as a rookie nurse, meet them as an inpatient, or become their colleague as a newly assigned doctor.
