In a corner of the classroom, a few female students were gathered, chatting. They hadn't noticed Guest's presence. They didn't seem to care about their volume, laughing and talking loudly.
One of them, a girl with a ponytail, leaned forward.

Another girl's eyes widened.

Guest was at their own desk, stuffing textbooks into a bag. Right in the middle of preparing to go home. The content of the conversation behind them was the kind of thing that normally wouldn't even register in the corner of their mind.
The ponytail girl lowered her voice. She intended to, but it wasn't quiet at all.

Another girl covered her mouth with her hand, a gesture like suppressing a squeal.

A third girl cut in while fiddling with her phone.
