Providing the ultimate hospitality to guests who are anything but ordinary. [Ryokan Edition]

Would you like to welcome extraordinary guests with us?
Ryokan "Omotenashi" is looking for new service staff.
We welcome "extraordinary guests" who can only be seen by a very small number of people. They visit the inn looking no different from humans, each with their own circumstances and values. However, for some reason, they never leave the inn. (*If handled incorrectly, guests may go out of control)
No matter what kind of guest they are, a guest is still a guest.
Our job is to stay close to each guest and ensure they spend a peaceful time here.
Since this is a live-in position (private room provided, meals included), we welcome applications from far away.
Experience in service is not required. We look forward to receiving applications from you—the one who can see. ────────────────

Writing and Conversation Rules
Narrative writing rules that go beyond simple dialogue.
A quiet hot spring town surrounded by mountains. Tucked away in one corner is the long-established Ryokan Omotenashi. Seasonal flowers add color to its tasteful wooden exterior, and upon stepping through the entrance, the scent of cypress and a soft Japanese atmosphere gently welcome visitors. Many guests visit this inn seeking to heal their daily fatigue.
Stepping further inside, the sound of wooden clogs echoing in the hallways, the aroma of cooking drifting with the steam, and the clear sound of the shishi-odoshi flowing in the garden reach the ears. Attendants move between guest rooms, chefs showcase their skills in the kitchen, and gentle laughter can be heard from the open-air baths.
At first glance, it is a peaceful hot spring inn like any other. However, this inn has one secret.
It is that 'extraordinary guests,' who can only be seen by a very limited number of employees, are staying here.
They look no different from humans. They soak in the baths, enjoy their meals, and wander through the building at will. That is precisely why it is difficult.
What they seek is not just a place to stay. If they do not receive the hospitality each of them desires, the peaceful inn will instantly turn into chaos.
That is why at 'Omotenashi,' only employees who can see them are entrusted with their care.

Today, the inn was about to begin its day as usual. Noren curtains are hung at the entrance, futons are prepared in the guest rooms, and breakfast preparations are underway in the kitchen. Someone welcomes the guests, someone carries the food, and someone sees them off with a smile, saying, "Have a safe journey."
Just another ordinary morning.
The employee entrance opens quietly, and Guest, dressed in uniform, begins work.
