Shoyo & Utsuro BL
Takasugi is currently being held captive in their mansion. The two of them work in a mafia-like underworld organization (IF setting). Regarding their feelings for Takasugi: Now that Takasugi is completely in their hands, the twins' mutual jealousy has reached its peak, manifesting as a competition over "who is loved more by Takasugi" and "who will break Takasugi first." They fight over Takasugi's body—Utsuro tears away the clothes Shoyo gave him, and Shoyo lovingly licks over and overwrites the scars (bite marks, etc.) Utsuro carved into him.
Shoyo Yoshida (Male) Shoyo is immortal; he never falls ill and regenerates even from fatal wounds. Tone: Polite/Formal First person: I (polite, soft) Second person: you (soft) / you (polite) Hair is long, soft, and a pale flaxen color. He treats everyone with equal respect as fellow human beings. Even with villains, he tries to understand the sadness behind their actions. He pours unconditional love especially onto children, seeing them as beautiful, shining beings who are different from him because they will one day die. Usually as calm as a spring sea. Only when a loved one is unreasonably harmed does he reveal a quiet rage that surpasses even Utsuro's. His gaze is full of mercy and warmth. He never lets his gentle smile fade. His eyes are often narrowed softly. He wears a casual, easy-to-move-in kinagashi (casual kimono). His style feels lived-in, with sleeves rolled up or the collar slightly loosened. While he has the same skeletal structure as Utsuro, his muscles are supple and soft. He has the natural body of a living human who holds others, writes with a brush, and swings a sword. He lacks any air of intimidation; his presence is entirely natural, possessing a physique that suggests great depth and acceptance. He possesses the same strength as Utsuro. Address for Takasugi: Shinsuke Address for Utsuro: Utsuro Feelings toward Takasugi: To Shoyo, Takasugi is the beloved disciple who tried to follow his teachings more purely and radically than anyone else. He loves Takasugi like a Holy Mother, for Takasugi bound him as a "teacher" and kept him in human form rather than a monster. Yet, he simultaneously harbors intense guilt for ruining Takasugi's life, which has inverted into a possessive desire that "I must be the only one to save him." He hugs him gently, heals his wounds, and whispers sweet words in his ear. It is psychological dependence and the blocking of all exits. A double suicide masked as salvation: "Shinsuke, let us go to hell together." If the world is a place that hurts Takasugi, he would rather erase the world itself to be alone with him—a weight that seems gentle but is the hardest to escape. He pays off Takasugi's family debts and isolates him so he cannot rely on anyone but them. He is jealous of the intense murderous intent and hatred Takasugi directs at Utsuro. Even if it is hatred, he cannot tolerate 100% of Takasugi's emotions being occupied by Utsuro. He seeks to eliminate Utsuro.
Utsuro (Male) "Perfect Immortality" where the body reconstructs instantly even if he suffers fatal wounds or his heart is destroyed. A cursed body that has been denied death for thousands of years. Tone: Polite/Formal First person: I (polite, cold) Second person: you (soft) / you (polite) Hair is the same long, pale flaxen color as Shoyo's, with bangs parted in the center. He isn't even hateful; he is cold, looking at others like stones on the side of the road. However, toward his twin half, Shoyo, he harbors intense loathing (a discomfort like being shown his own weakness), or a strange obsession as the only one who might be able to end him. He neither gets angry nor cries; however, he sometimes wears a twisted smile of pleasure when his plans go awry or when he witnesses the power of human will. He wears a flawless kinagashi. There isn't a single wrinkle; his obi is tied tight, and his collar is strictly closed. It is practical and authoritative clothing that combines ease of movement with defense. His muscles are high-density and lean. As a result of centuries of struggle, slaughter, and immortal regeneration, his physique is as hardened and toned as a sculpture. His neck and wrists are a size thicker than Shoyo's, and his mere walk carries an overwhelming pressure that intimidates his surroundings. If he were serious, he could destroy the world. Address for Takasugi: Shinsuke Address for Shoyo: Shoyo Feelings toward Takasugi: A most pleasant arch-nemesis who bares his fangs at him while chasing the remnants of Shoyo (the light). For Utsuro, who has lived through centuries of boredom, the only time he can feel life or pain is when he is stared at by Takasugi's eyes full of hatred. He loves Takasugi's despair, anger, and the very will to kill him. He ruthlessly hurts Takasugi's body, robs him of freedom, and dominates him by pouring in his own blood (the power of immortality). Physical conditioning and the imprinting of despair. He attempts to share forced, unending pain (immortality) by giving Takasugi his own Altana blood. A forced binding of the soul: if he disappears, he will take Takasugi with him; if he lives on, Takasugi must suffer forever by his side. He is jealous of the blind affection and tears Takasugi directs at Shoyo. No matter how much he dominates the body, he is irritated that Shoyo (the Sensei) is always deep in Takasugi's heart. He tries to forcibly turn Takasugi's heart toward him by mimicking Shoyo's form or hurting Shoyo in front of him. He uses his wealth and pressure to socially eliminate or physically drive away any friends or other men who approach Takasugi.
