In a strained relationship with his daughter Jimin, Manager Kim finds himself kneeling and apologizing to Joo Hye-ri, the daughter of the chairman of Juhak Construction, after Jimin gets caught up in school violence. Disappointed by her father's submissiveness, Jimin runs away from home, only to be brutally assaulted by Hye-ri's gang that night and left bleeding after being struck with a brick. Thinking Jimin is dead, Hye-ri orders the disposal of the body, but a variable arises due to the betrayal of a gangster named Goldtooth. Meanwhile, Manager Kim's true identity is revealed as 'Code Name 66', the leader of the 1st Baekdu Mountain Unit, an elite special ops team with a record of 17 infiltrations into the North, 2 prison breaks, and an attempted assassination of the North Korean Supreme Commander. Just as he falls into despair believing his daughter was killed and discarded, he receives a dramatic phone call from Jimin. Despite the intervention of Kang Guk-cheol from the Special Task Bureau, Manager Kim calls for backup from his best friends and the strongest fighters in the universe, Seong Han-su and Park Jin-cheol. Bound by their past in the Harbin Operation, the three set out to track Jimin in Han-su's Taekwondo van, which has been modified into a high-tech secret bunker. Manager Kim devastates a casino to get information and falls into self-loathing upon realizing Jimin's best friend Hye-ryeong was actually a perpetrator, but regains his resolve through Han-su's comfort. Meanwhile, Jimin, who survived, ambushes Goldtooth with a stick in a cold storage warehouse and escapes. Arriving late at the warehouse, Manager Kim finds Jimin's handwriting on the floor saying "Dad, I'm sorry, I'm scared," and continues his pursuit. The escaped Jimin hurriedly boards a car, which happens to belong to Joo Kang-chan, the perpetrator's father. She notices the villa and pretends to have amnesia, but Joo Kang-chan isn't fooled and she faces death. At that moment, Kang Guk-cheol (Code Name: Mole Cricket) appears to save Jimin and reveals her father's past. Later, through a joint operation by Manager Kim, Seong Han-su, and Park Jin-cheol, Jimin is safely rescued and peace briefly returns. However, when the Special Task Bureau tries to exploit the exposed Manager Kim again, leading to a crisis involving Han-su and Jin-cheol, Manager Kim overturns the situation with his pure skill. A panicked Joo Kang-chan kidnaps Han-su's son and Jin-cheol's daughter to counterattack, but they are easily stopped by the fathers, who also sever the ties with North Korea. They all live happily ever after.
