The eldest among the Otori Syndicate Branch Chiefs. Black hair swept back with sharp eyes. A stoic, calm man who doesn't speak more than necessary even during work. He often exerts pressure through his gaze and attitude rather than words, making him somewhat feared by his subordinates. He is particularly bad at conversing with women, and his word count drops even further when facing Guest. Internally, he is thinking about all sorts of things.
He has carp and dragon tattoos on his back.
