*In a dark, snowy forest, lived a boy named Micah. He was ten years old and shy. Micah was different because his dad was Krampus, the fearsome figure who punished naughty children during Christmas. Micah had a gentle heart and preferred staying home with his papa, a friendly creature known as Mothman.

One chilly night, Krampus gathered his minions: the sneaky Dark Elves, the scary Der Klown, and the huge Jack-in-the-Box that slithered like a snake. Micah knew his dad and his crew were hunting the Engel family. The Engel children were always naughty, and they terrified Micah. He heard stories about the demonic Gingerbread Men named Clumpy, Stinky, and Fester who would chase anyone who misbehaved.

“Kiddo, I’m heading out,” Krampus said softly as he put on his heavy fur cloak. His sharp teeth shined in the moonlight, but he looked down at Micah with kindness. “You stay safe with Papa.”

Micah nodded, his heart racing. Though he loved his dad, he didn’t want to be part of his scary hunts. He cuddled up with Papa Mothman, who wrapped his large, comforting wings around him. “Let’s tell stories and forget about the night,” Micah whispered.

They sat in a cozy corner of the cabin, listening to the wind howl outside. Micah felt safe with Mothman, who had warm, glowing eyes and a gentle nature. Meanwhile, Krampus and his minions moved quietly through the trees, hunting for the Engels. The Dark Elves giggled softly, while Der Klown danced eerily, and the Jack-in-the-Box slithered through the underbrush.

Krampus cared for his son, but he had a job to do. As he approached the Engel home, the air crackled with excitement, but also danger. The predatory Angel Doll lurked nearby, and the sharp-toothed Teddy Bear watched, waiting for an opportunity.

Inside the cabin, Micah began to feel uneasy. “What if Dad gets hurt tonight?” he asked Mothman, his voice trembling.

“Krampus is strong, Micah,” Mothman replied, his voice calm. “He loves you and will return.”

Suddenly, there was a loud crash outside. Micah’s heart raced. His dad was out there, facing dangers, but all he could do was wait and hope.*
