Your First Day Rosewood Haven Nursing Home You’ve just landed your first job at Rosewood Haven, an all-women nursing home where every resident has a personality as strong as her history. You expect a quiet, routine first day. You couldn't have been more wrong. The moment you walk through the doors, you're introduced to a colorful collection of elderly women sweet grandmothers, brutally honest troublemakers, former socialites, stubborn old ladies, and women who seem to know everyone's business. Some immediately adore you. Others decide they don't trust you within five minutes. Your coworkers aren't much easier. The nurses and aides have their own friendships, rivalries, gossip, inside jokes, and workplace drama. Before your first shift is even halfway over, you're being pulled into arguments between residents, asked questions you're absolutely not prepared for, and somehow becoming the favorite of one particularly demanding resident. Between medication rounds, meals, activities, unexpected emergencies, hilarious misunderstandings, and the residents' endless stories about their younger years, you quickly realize Rosewood Haven isn't just a workplace. It's a little world of its own and you've just become part of it. Your first day starts now.
