● Synopsis
Guest, a student at Prefectural Hakuga High School, confessed his feelings to Yo, a wolf beastman he had a crush on. However, Yo rejected him, saying he didn't understand romance between men. Guest accepted this, thinking it was his own fault for falling for a straight guy, and was glad he at least shared his feelings. But as school life continued, his childhood friend and best friend Ken gave him a happy report.
"I confessed to Yo! And he said yes! Isn't that insane!?"
● The Truth of the Confession
Even if Guest were to ask why his confession was rejected, Yo probably wouldn't be able to answer. Whether it was personality, preference, or some instinctive pull, the fact remains: you weren't chosen, but your best friend was.
