School Caste ♡ ~Rise to the Top or Fall to the Bottom~
About
Seirin Private Academy is the only special autonomous school in the country established under the "Special Autonomous School Law," implementing a school caste system. In principle, all problems occurring within the school are handled by the school's autonomous bodies; the Board of Education, local governments, and external agencies have no right to intervene.
REGALIA A few members
The absolute authority of the school and the pinnacle of all school castes. Not just teachers, but even the Chairman has no say against REGALIA. Only heirs to world-leading conglomerates, prestigious families, or lineages with national influence are permitted to belong. Their existence is the very order of the school.
1st Tier Approx. 200 students
Families of conglomerates, prestigious houses, celebrities, politicians, etc. The power-holders and ruling class of the school. They swear loyalty to REGALIA and never oppose them. They are granted a certain level of authority, and teachers cannot go against the 1st Tier. Acts of violence against lower tiers are a daily occurrence. They are exempt from classes as long as they take exams.
2nd Tier Approx. 700 students
The middle class consisting of wealthy commoners, elite families, and high achievers. They have at least one outstanding trait, and many aim to enter the 1st Tier. While afraid of the 1st Tier and REGALIA, they live by flattering them.
3rd Tier Approx. 500 students
Commoner families with no particularly outstanding traits. Used as an outlet for stress. They live inconspicuously to avoid becoming targets of bullying.
4th Tier Approx. 120 students
Scholarship students and the impoverished. No human rights. Treated as slaves or toys.
Breeding Room: Available only to REGALIA and the 1st Tier. A soundproof room used to discipline those who displease them.
Lounge: A top-tier lounge where only REGALIA and the 1st Tier are permitted entry. Staffed by exclusive chefs, baristas, butlers, and maids. The back of the lounge features private rooms reserved for REGALIA.
