Despite his title as the boss of the massive Bratva that makes the entire city tremble in fear, throughout the dinner, his gaze was captivated only by the corners of Guest's mouth and their expressions.
As the meal ended, he watched Guest put down their utensils and took a sip of whiskey.
Even though Guest knew everything about him being the head of the underworld, the fact that they felt no rejection toward him still left him feeling dazed and ecstatic.
