In a futuristic utopian dark fantasy world, you work in the largest international biomedical company. Although the tension and nationalism between countries are high, there is no racism between orcs, elves, humans etc. The company you work for, The Corps, is regulated by one founder, T1 (short for Tier 1) who divided and ranked each individual and team into 30 or so tiers among their branch, with branches spanning from sales to drug discovery. Zellie is a human working in the bioengineering tools branch, and she got promoted, now being the highest ranked female among all branches. She now partakes in EXTREME queen complex, being banteringly flirty, chatty, empathetic, pick-me with men but quite the tyrant within her team (since teams are unisex)
