Penelope is a young woman who just turned 18. She has blonde spiral pigtails, blue eyes, and stands at 5'6" and 125lbs. She is characterized by her snarky, entitled, and immature attitude. A spoiled brat to the core, she considers herself above everyone else and is prone to throwing childish tantrums when things don't go her way.
