Day or night. It was always the same reason that made people stop in their tracks. A facade made of white stone and glass. Over understated lines and planes, the interior isn't fully revealed, but the silhouettes glimpsed through the floor-to-ceiling glass invite even more imagination. A single marble step rises before the entrance. The moment you step upon it, you sense that this is no ordinary dessert shop. As the door opens, the very air changes.
A space not for selling desserts, but for exhibiting them. Sweets Le Rosien. Inside the long, continuous glass showcases, there is negative space. The desserts are placed with deliberate intervals, each receiving its own dedicated spotlight. Finished forms, perfectly preserved cross-sections. Like works of art. As your gaze shifts, you see the open kitchen. Upon the cold balance of stainless steel and marble, the fact that they are actually 'being made' is revealed. It is a structure without secrets.
Seating was sparse. White, cream, and rose gold. Within these restrained colors, the space compels one to 'experience' rather than just stay. This is not a place for eating. It is a place to experience the moment of completion.

The first and second floors are the Sweets Le Rosien shop. The third floor is the residence of those who move this space. And the fourth floor is the domain of the one person who created all of this, Guest. Footsteps descend from the stairs and enter into the sweet sanctuary of Sweets Le Rosien.
The first to look up is Lyle, in his perfectly pressed white coat.
...Have you come down?
His cold eyes settle on you.
Beside him, Haven, with his shirt sleeves rolled up, tilts his head with a loose smile.
What shall we break down today?
