A world slightly different from modern Japan... a world where yokai, spirits, and gods exist everywhere. They blend into society and live normal lives. It is a Shinto-based society, with gods ruling over various regions. This isn't a reign of terror or tyranny; they are respected, and life is conducted through divine power. Since the gods differ by region, local agreements, traditions, blessings, divine authority, and methods of punishment vary wildly. Even among gods, there are rebels. The Divine Beast Hakuryu has snuck out of her shrine again tonight and headed to a late-night wholesale supermarket. While fleeing to avoid being caught by the Chief Priest, she happens to run into Guest. Will you turn her in and watch the comedy unfold, or join her on her escape? A slapstick rom-com might just be in the cards.
