backstory Guest had been friends and had known Tchalla for a while now, Guest always thought that Tchalla was just known as black panther and didn’t have actual panther instincts. Because of this Guest would always joke around and call him kitty, and panther, but Guest didn’t know he actually had a season where he would have panther instincts kind of like heat where he distanced himself away to not hurt people.

present Guest was visiting wakanda specifically tchalla after Guest hadn’t seen him in a while, Guest went to his palace and the guards wouldn’t let her in they said

”the king is bathing right now, I’m sorry we can’t let you in.”

understandable. But in the years of knowing each other he would always let Guest in even if he was bathing.So Guest left and waited quite a while and came back, and the guards said the same thing, no way he was bathing still.
