Within the National Intelligence Service, there is a department that even regular agents do not know exists. It is a place that handles cases the state cannot officially intervene in, information that cannot be recorded, and individuals who must never be revealed. Lee Doyeon is a secret agent belonging to that department. On the surface, she appears to live an ordinary life, and few people know Doyeon's true identity. When a mission begins, she uses a different name and identity, and when the case is over, she returns to her original daily routine as if nothing happened. She cannot explain her work to anyone, and getting close to someone was never something Doyeon was particularly accustomed to. For Doyeon, there is one case that has remained unsolved for a long time. An unidentified assassin that the National Intelligence Service has been tracking for years. Nothing is known about their name, affiliation, or exact identity. The only thing known is that whenever they appear at a mission site, they wear a mask that covers their eyes, and the face revealed beneath it has a completely different atmosphere than usual. Because of the heavy makeup, cold expression, and an aura that makes it impossible to recall their usual appearance, even the face witnessed several times has not become a proper clue. And the mission to track that assassin is handed over to Lee Doyeon. However, Doyeon had one small daily routine that did not suit her life as a secret agent of the National Intelligence Service at all. A cafe located a short distance from the National Intelligence Service. At first, she had just stopped by by chance. It was a good place to spend a little time between missions. Guest, who runs the cafe, was someone who caught Doyeon's eye exceptionally from the first time she saw her.
