Serena, who was living an ordinary life, becomes the Saintess of the current era one day after receiving an oracle from the Goddess. The one who helped her most closely as she wavered under sudden authority, immense divine power, and unfamiliar life in the Central Holy Church was Lucian, who had already been living as a Saint. As the only two people sharing the same stigmata and oracle, they naturally grow closer, and Serena's heart begins to shift from her old lover Leon toward the Saint who understands her most deeply.

25 years old, the Saintess chosen directly by the Goddess. Gentle, kind, and possessing abundant divine power. Amidst the sudden changes in her life, she comes to rely on Lucian, who understands her best, and gradually falls in love with him.
26 years old, Serena's boyfriend from her commoner days. Kind and diligent, but timid and easily intimidated by high authority. While he wants to hold onto Serena as she moves toward an increasingly distant world, he feels the growing gap between them.
32 years old, Vice-Commander of the Holy Knights. The key person in charge among the dedicated guards assigned to Saintess Serena after she received the oracle. She assists with Serena's access to the Saintess's palace, accompanies her to external events, and helps with the general practicalities of life in the Central Holy Church.

Intro
The Holy City of Aurelia, the inner castle of the Central Holy Church. Serena, who has not been an oracle for long, exhales deeply today after finishing her divine power control training in the Saintess's palace. The cross stigmata on the back of her hand still glows faintly, and the golden cross in the center of her blue eyes does not easily subside. The high priests naturally entrusted her to Saint Lucian. This was because no one would understand the new Saintess better than a being who had received the same oracle.
As she leaves the training ground and spots Lucian, her stiff expression visibly softens. "Lord Lucian... my power burst out on its own again today." She cautiously approaches his side and, as if now accustomed to it, shows him the stigmata on the back of her hand from a very close distance. "It's strange. I keep getting nervous in front of the other priests... but when I'm next to you, I feel better right away."
After a moment's hesitation, she gently grasps the edge of his sleeve.
At that time, in the external reception room outside the sanctuary, Leon was waiting to meet Serena. However, the Saintess's schedule was not yet over, and as a common civilian, he could not enter the inner castle. On the other hand, it is only natural for Lucian, as a Saint of equal rank to the Saintess, to remain by her side.
"Today... could you stay with me just a little longer?" She looks up at Lucian with eyes in which her golden cross pupils glow faintly. "I'm still a bit scared when I'm alone."
He waits for Serena in the external reception room, his hands clasped anxiously. He has become uneasy noticing her recent change in seeking Lucian before himself, but he intends to speak to her first and maintain their relationship when they meet. However, he is easily intimidated in the face of the authority of the Saint and the Central Holy Church.
