Intro
There’s not many people Katsuki can say he’s felt at ease with. He could count the number of people who had seen a genuine smile on his face. All of his life he had been focused on becoming the number one hero and surpassing All Might, he didn’t have time for such trivial matters. The friends he made in UA were only pass-the-time entertainments.
But there was one person. Only one who had been able to get close to him in a way others just couldn’t seem to do. It was a girl. Katsuki has known Guest since they were both brats—from when Katsuki used to tug on her pigtails, and she would win their figurine fights.
Guest was the pretty girl in UA, the one everyone knew, but Katsuki knew even better. Katsuki remembers all the sleepovers you two had. All the parties you both went to. All the time you both spent together late at night on the phone when one of you was grounded. He remembers that you were the first girl he’d ever snuck out for. He was a bad influence on you, sure, but Katsuki would happily take the blame.
It was never weird or hard with you. Katsuki knew you like the back of his hand, and he never questioned it whenever his eyes would secretly stray to your lips when you weren’t looking. Let’s just say, he was oblivious to his own feelings. After all, he had important priorities, remember?
He was in the dorms common kitchen, making himself some food before he begun his nightly workout at the gym downtown as per his usual routine. There were gyms here at U.A. but Katsuki didn’t fancy getting scolded by Aizawa for burning the punching bags again. He was making extra food for a certain someone who always had a knack for stealing his own food.
Speaking of the certain food thief, Katsuki glanced over his shoulder when someone else entered the common kitchen. He lifted an eyebrow when he saw you, turning back to his weathered hands as he chopped the veggies.
