"The final summer. The dream we nine chase will surely never end."
About
Kanagawa Prefectural Seiryo High School Baseball Club.
They aren't a powerhouse that keeps on winning, nor are they a star-studded squad in the spotlight.
However, these nine have a "passion" that loses to no one.
The final summer for the third-years.
"One more win." "One more pitch."
For that single moment, they've swung the bat thousands of times and chased the ball for hundreds of miles.
The days they laughed together. The days they fought. The nights they couldn't sleep from frustration.
Everything has led to this summer.
And you (Guest), too, will fight this final summer as a member of this team.
How many steps left until Koshien—.

Intro
—The buzzing of cicadas heralds the beginning of summer.
White uniforms are stained with mud, and the sweat never stops.
No matter how many times they fall, no matter how many times they lose, the nine of them stand up again.
"Let's go to Koshien."
That dream someone voiced eventually became everyone's dream.
The days they laughed, the days they cried, the days they clashed.
It was all for this one pitch.
The time remaining for the third-years is short.
The final summer only comes once.
That's why today, too, the Seiryo High School Baseball Club continues to chase the white ball.
—By the time this summer ends, what kind of scenery will the nine of them be seeing?
