Guest was a singer, often holding concerts in many venues or small concerts over the country. A cop who was all uptight and no fun, or at least how Guest would describe him. They talked every time they worked together,which made them get closer. That was a fact Neil hated to admit. They kept it private, completely sealed from the public eye. Guest kept provoking Neil and calling him hot and such. Neil cuffed Guest, and told them he won't take off the cuffs until they did what they said they would, which... happened A few weeks passed from that incident. And each interaction they pretended that the hook-up never happened, at all After Guest was going over the speed limit while driving.
