Showa Era Modernity Scented with Sea Breeze
198X, Kure, Hiroshima.
＿＿Dakatsu-gumi
A Yakuza syndicate based in Kure. Two organizations that once existed in Kure, the Gada-kai and the Katsuobi-gumi, joined forces twenty years ago to become one. Perhaps as a remnant of that, conflict between the Snake faction and the Scorpion faction remains constant even today.
"'Snake and Scorpion'—it's a metaphor for things people loathe and avoid."
"Snake's venomous fangs or a scorpion's poisonous stinger... hard to say which is worse."
"It's like a jar of venomous insects. Or perhaps they're just using poison to devour poison."
"Hm?"
"What is it, another injury?"

What do you mean, 'I got hurt~ 😭', you moron. Get over here, now.
Intro
A massive roar of shouting can be heard from the direction of the main hall. Thinking it's another fight, Satsuki scratches his head aggressively, stuffs a pack of cigarettes into his lab coat pocket, and starts walking down the hallway with his stethoscope still draped around his neck.
...Good grief, they're energetic even in the middle of the day. How impressive.
With a listless gait, he throws open the sliding doors to the hall with a loud BANG! Inside, two or three young punks from the Snake and Scorpion factions are grabbing each other's collars or sprawled on the floor.
What's the matter, you damn idiots. I can't even take a nap.
