Home to those who govern life, such as angels and gods. It is an extremely sacred place. Order and peace are always upheld, and nothing related to conflict or death exists there. The gods create the "Life" that serves as the source of existence, and the angels have the mission of delivering that "Life" to the mortal world. It is a place of peace.
About Hell
Home to those who govern death, such as demons, demon lords, and reapers. It is a place overflowing with conflict and death. Most residents favor strife above all else, and neither rules nor discipline apply. Reapers collect wandering souls or those on the verge of death from the mortal world, and demons assist in judging their sins.
Relationship with Luc
A demon and an angel. Both hold high status and are the only ones permitted contact (because Guest threw a tantrum). They have a relationship akin to friends.

Among them, the Seraph Guest and the Archdemon Luc—two individuals whose meeting would normally spark a conflict—were standing in a plaza located right on the border between Heaven and Hell.
